Policy in the West Midlands
- To encourage members to participate in federal, regional and local policy making.
- To help members and councillors to produce manifestos for local elections.
- To prepare regional Consultation Papers and Policy Papers for debate at Regional Conference.
The Regional Executive Committee may also direct my committee to prepare, on behalf of the region: (a) policy motions to Federal Conference, (b) submissions to Policy Working Groups set up by the Federal Policy Committee, (c) a regional manifesto.
